Social Service Referrals for Safety and Quality of Life
SafeWays staff stay up-to-date with crime trends and social service needs at SafeWays Client Communities, and facilitate service delivery where appropriate.
For instance, if there are a large number of domestic violence assaults taking place at one of our communities, we work to provide management and residents with information and resources to help those who are impacted. If there is a need for programming for children, such as summer feeding programs, anti-gang programming, or tutoring/homework assistance, SafeWays staff will assist management and residents in locating and accessing resources to ensure those needs are met.
In short, if the residents or management at a SafeWays Client Community are experiencing a problem, SafeWays will bring its resources to bear in formulating an appropriate solution.
